Lodge is a private project management application operated by Bigfoot Homes Inc. ("Bigfoot", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information Lodge collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Who Can Use Lodge

Lodge is a private, invitation-only tool. Access is limited to Bigfoot Homes staff and clients who have been issued an account. There is no public sign-up.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and role, provided when a Bigfoot administrator creates your account.
• Project information: addresses, documents, photos, communications, and other records related to manufactured home projects you are associated with.
• Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, pages visited, errors) used to operate and improve the service.

Lodge does not collect advertising identifiers, does not use third-party analytics trackers, and does not sell or share personal information with advertisers.

How We Use Information

Information in Lodge is used solely to deliver the service: to manage projects, communicate with clients and vendors, generate estimates and permits, and track construction progress. We do not use your information for marketing unrelated to your Bigfoot Homes project.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) Bigfoot Homes staff working on your project, (b) vendors, subcontractors, or government agencies when required to complete your project (for example, submitting permit applications), and (c) service providers who host or maintain Lodge on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Data Storage and Security

Lodge is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure in the United States. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access is protected by individual user accounts. We retain project records for as long as necessary to support active and completed projects and to meet legal and warranty obligations.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account. Requests may be sent to the email below. Note that some records related to completed projects must be retained to comply with California contractor and permitting requirements.

Children

Lodge is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Lodge after an update means you accept the revised policy.
